Transcarpathian bean soup with smoked meat and sour cream

This is a very old recipe, farmers are often cooked this kind of soup , because they had enough milk and beans. Now we add the smoked meat, to enrich the taste of this wonderful soup. You can cook it in the classic variant - without meat, taste not suffer. In my family it is often cooked using skin with smoked bacon, and it will be very delicious. Beans 400 gr
200 g sour cream
Milk 150-200 gr
3-4 tablespoons flour
Smoked meat on the bone 300 gr
Bay leaf 2 PCs
Salt and pepper

Soak beans overnight in cold water.
Put the bone into and cook it for about 1 hour.Then add the beans together with a bay leaf. Cook until tender beans (it took me 2 hours). Separately mix the sour cream , milk and flour. Pour it into the prepared soup. Add salt and pepper . Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. I serve this soup with pieces of meat and fresh bread crumbs.
